Bad service

I bought a bed on the 06 June 2019 value R3300 at OK Mahube Mall and the 09 August 2019 we went back to ok to report that the bed is having a hole in the middle and the spring on the other side is loose the lady called Mapule who assisted us the with a sale and also with complaint said we must wait for 21 days for the supplier to come and collect the bed but even today Im still waiting.On the purchase day they told us the bed has a guarantee but now where is the gaurantee.I said let me bring the bed myself so that I can get another one they also said no, why is it easy to sell a bed and difficult to return if its faulty.I bought at Ok because they always tell us about the quality and where is the quality now Im sleeping on the bed with a hole please I need another bed.
