Bad service

If i could I would give them a 0 star rating. Bought a fridge (necessary) online. No answering of phone calls, sent messages on Facebook asking them to phone me, got blue ticked. Emailed waited 2 days- with answer saying sorry can take 7-10 days but also not sure. Really not focusing on the clients- sad to see and why would they worry. They got a sale. Rather pay more somewhere else its not R300 save worth learned that the hard way. Hopefully it will stille arrive. Hope the Hisense works. Check on facebook before you buy i wish i did.
