Bad service

I bought a hoover for my business on the 30th of May at OK furniture Pietermaritzburg next to Shoprite and the hoover worked once, I sent it back to OK Furniture yesterday 20/06/2023 to get a refund because I had already purchased another hoover but the Manager refused. Please assist me in getting my money back because I cannot run a business with a product that only works once
