BAD SERVICE DELIVERY OK FURNITURE

Bought a 127cm Flat screen TV from Ok furniture on 29 November 2019. Have received this product to date,and it was paid cash. And there is no signs that they might have this Product delivered any time soon. Why did they put up these promotions on Black Friday when they know they CANNOT deliver?
