bad service delivery

I went to Ok Furniture as a matter of emergency, i needed a fridge as soon as yesterday and when i asked for delivery they offered a delivery of 350, i then asked the driver if he has a list or pending delivery so i find alternative as i needed it like now, he said no he can deliver. I followed up with them at about 16:15 and i was told hes loading it. 2 or 3 hours after i still dont have a fridge and have a lot thats spoilt because nobody cared to deliver the promises they made, whats painfull i could have got alternative transport and got the fridge home . Sales is what yall care about
