Bad service delivery

My name is Thabo Dlamini, October 2018 i bought a furniture which was a base set and a wardrobe at OK furnitures in komatipoort Mpumalanga. I was approved, signed a contract but the problem started when they were suppose to deliver the goods because they wanted to deliver damaged ones. I refused the damaged base set but made a deal before I did so that they gonna have to discount it before I can take it and they say it’s impossible for that to be done. It took them three weeks for the things to be delivered because they were out of stock and the base set was discontinued that is what I was told and they are struggling to get another one from their warehouse or other branches whereas when I did the contract with them there was one available but the previous manager decided to sell it to a cash customer after I bought it first. Later on I laid a complaint at their head office and the lady that I spoke to said that they should have exchange the base set immediately after I reported because now i’ve been asked to take photos of the base set and later they want a video taken whereas they should asked for both at the same time because it’s been four months this thing dragging and the base set is also sagging in the middle which is my concern and it also questions the level of quality of the base set reason being that i bought a base set in 2013 from the same store which was less expensive than the one i just bought but i’ve used it for the past 6 years it never gave this problem and this new one is only less than six months old but it started sagging already and it’s more expensive than the previous one. For white people they don’t hesitate to do an immediate exchange because they are able to scream and shout but us blacks we need to send photos several times and after two months send a video while you’re expected to be paying the account. That’s really bad service to me, i am working for service driven company all customers are a priority to our business but what OK Furnitures is delivering is plain B*lls**t service.
