Bad service

So I bought a lounge suite at OK furnitures in Bluedowns on Black Friday which was of course on a Friday. They said they would deliver them the Monday 28th November. On Sunday I gave my old suite away and the house was empty expecting a delivery the following day. On Monday they did not arrive, no communication. I decided to call them my self on Tuesday. They said the suite they have in the warehouse is damaged but will be collecting the right suite in Cape Town branch on Saturday. I did not protest,I just said ok. Now the whole week we were sitting on top of buckets and the kids on the mat waiting for Saturday to come. Saturday came. I called to find out what was happening, they said they will be collecting it from town and deliver them on Sunday. No one called me. I’m the one who has to call all this time. I asked to speak to a manager (Revine or Devine) and explained the situation and rudely said”I don’t deal with deliveries mam” and dropped the line. Sunday came, no delivery made and today is Monday. Their service is appalling and disgusting. I have not received a call to explain why they did not deliver yesterday. The kids sit on the floor. — feeling drained.
