Bad Service / broken promises

OK Furniture online and at the branches, leaves a lot be desired.

I ordered a bed online, and after a few days of no responses I called the call center, who did nothing but to refer me to the branch that they sent the order to.

I paid for delivery as well - and speaking with a very "helpful" manager at the Silverton branch, it was promise after promise of coming to delivery - I even took off work to be available to take delivery as promised, but they never showed.

I am still waiting, and calling the branch today the person I was speaking to just is "out" and then they hang up the phone... Will I ever get the bed I paid for?
