Bad Service, Bad Attitude and Bad product

My husband bought a new Muller and Haupt Microwave and Grill oven. The Microwave was faulty from the start. we brough it back to repair and was insulted by the sales person. He also was rude and said there is nothing wrong with it. I want a new microwave that works!!!!
