Bad service @ OK in Zevenwacht mall Kuilsriver

<p>My husband ordered and paid for a lounge set at OK in Zevenwacht mall, they were suppose to deliver it...after a week we asked when it will arrive, and they told us, they made a mistake they don't have the lounge set in stock. So we bought one somewhere else, and when my husband went to claim back his money, the rude cashier told him that they don't have money, they will let him know when they do.</p>
