Bad Service at OK furnitures

I visited OK furniture in Alex mall and received such bad service I decided to go to another OK in Alex plaza ... I bought a coffee table and they delivered it , when I come back from work upon inspecting it I realised some dents I called them the following day and asked that they exchange it I've followed up about 5 times two months later they still haven't picked it up cause they don't have new stock ... I see OK doesn't even answer these reviews but if you were concidering on buying something from ohk my advise is doeble check on the quality you are receiving.
