Bad service at OK furniture Phola mall

Good evening

I'm writing this review i'm angry and disappointed about OK furniture at Phola mall Kwamhlanga in Mpumalanga my mom she's a pensioner so she asked me to buy her a washing machine because she can't wash with her hands since she is old and sick so i ask her to check around the shops that are closer because we are staying in kwa-mhlanga (Sun city)and Phola mall is the closest she went around and check she choose OK furniture and trusted them she will get a quality washing machine but nop, I gave her R3 649 that was the price of silver twin cab 15 kg washing machine.

She bought the machine on the 25/02/2022 after a day she used the machine when she was still busy with laundry the washing machine broken she called OK furniture she asked for a new machine since it was still new they refused they send a technician to come and fix it,she used it after a week it broken again she called them again the technician came it happened again when he left that means it happened 3 times,now she call them they refuse to come and asked for change they refuse also even yesterday she called them they said they are no longer going to intertain my mother because her machine is no longer their problem i don't understand how is not their problem while i paid it was not a problem.

I'm very disappointed about OK furniture i won't advice a friend or family to buy to their shop instead i will tell them not to buy there
