Bad service at OK Furniture

Bad service we got yesterday OK Furniture in Pier14 PortElizabeth. We bought a Hisense fridge and now it is not working, we phone them Hisense sent a technician to fix it, 3 fixes still not working. We were then credited to get a new fridge. OK Furniture phone us to come and collect the fridge when we get there they told us the fridge is phased out. We must take something else. Waste of petrol and water of our time. Now, they don't t want to give us money they said we must first bring the fridge, this was never communicated with us we would have bought it along. We live 23km away. We went home without a fridge and money. Our grocery is spoilt we are almost a month without a fridge. What do we do?
