Bad service and unprofessional employees

My sister was retrenchment from work due to Covid 19 as they said that their credit policy wouldn’t cover the account and I offered to continue to pay the account on her behalf and it had accumulated arrears since April 2020. I’ve been paying the account but today I was told that the money that I’m paying for the account is going down the drain and they want to come and repossess the Washing Machine and the Heidelberg Manager didn’t even what to hear us out as she got rude saying that I wouldn’t even get my money back that went down the drain. What a poor service I got at OK Furniture in Heidelberg.
