Bad service and quality (OK Sundumbili)

I'm not happy with the service I got from OK FURNITURE at Mandeni (Sundumbili).I bought a 3 piece Princeton Lounge Suit cash last year April but the two seater is faulty. I filed a complaint but even today after a year, they haven't fixed it. I'm furious
