Bad service and poor quality

Ok Furniture Portshepstone My mother bought a Hisense fridge in November black Friday, by 25 December the fridge was not working. In January she went back and told them it not working anymore the said they will send someone to fix it. Till today no one has ever come I am very upset with this fridge is a very important appliance which it no easy to live without.
