Bad service and not being informed

I went to OK furniture in Orange farm eyethu mall on the 13th of January to report a ****** plazma TV as according to my knowledge it has insurance to claim but when i got to the store i was advised because i have finished to pay up the installment of the TV the insurance does not cover anymore and my claim was denied.

To my shock that they do not cover anymore because the TV was paid off, how is that fair , do i choose when am going to be going to be ****** or do i have to pay the TV for long so that when it get ****** i can be covered please make me understand and what happened to the money that i paid for insurance while i was still paying the installment?

This is bull****, this so called insurance is bull they just **** people and take their money and pretend as if they care of which they don't and the staff at OK do do explain it to their customers i would't have taken it i i knew that you only get covered if you are still paying the insurance .....
