Bad Service and Incompitent Service

On the 2nd November I went to OK Store in Birch Acres Mall to make a quotation for Microwave it was given to me by the sales consultant. this Morning I went to make the Payment off witch it went through and it happened in the presence of the sales consultant and the Store Manager. to my surprise an hour later when I was suppose to collect I was told that the Price has changed. then I asked to speak to the Store Manager oh Boy the Attitude was Terribly wrong instate of coming with the solution she told that she will refund my Money without even Listening to me if I can Pay the extra funds or Not. hope you'll resolve this Matter before the end of this Day.
