Bad service and falls impression

I am so dissapointed with the service i got from Ok Furniture Nelspruit in Bester street .I bought a refridgerator and i was told i can not take it the same but only the following day ,which was fine with .The following day i received a call fr om the sales assistant who told me that my refridgerator can only be released after i have paid a transport fee R250,00 which was exorbitant considering that i was going to use only R100,00 , i paid it anyway .After i paid i was told that they are having difficult submitting the paper work because of network. I have dtrying to get my refridgetor ,i am continually told of network problems since tuesday to date.I am so dissapointed with the kind of service and giving me falls impression so as to get me buying. i was made to believe i will get my fridge the following day which was false.
