Bad service and empty promises

Good day, i went to OK furniture on Wednesday 22/11/2017 to buy a bed. Emmah the sales lady said we can pay now for the bed but collect it on friday 24/11/2017. After I have askes her and the managers they said there is more than enough stock available. I spoke to the manager on duty stanly to make arrangements for the pick up. We paid the full amount for the bed and they told us we can come on friday to collect it. When we were the this morning at 07:00 they want to give me back my money and tell me all the beds are sold out. They have just open and we already paid for everything. Stanly confirm that the other client only paid a deposito but already collect the beds. We paid the full amount and now this happens. I will say it is bad service. Therefore I will never support OK furniture ever again. Bad attitudes and bad service thats all what we get here. Both parties made empty promises although we had arrangements with them. I am verry disappointed
