Bad service and damaged goods

We bought a wall unit from OK Furniture at Greenacres on the 8 October 2024. The unit got delivered at 22h30 the following day or should I say night. The unit was damaged we reported it. After numerous phone calls from me a replacement was delivered the end og October 2024. That unit was also damaged. I went back and forth with my wife to the shop and another unit was delivered on the 6th of November 2024. It was also damaged. We waited 2hours for a refund.
