Bad Service and Damaged Goods
<p>Good day Peter,</p> <p>On the 10-09-2016 i bought a TV at OK Furintures in Quagga Center in Pretoria West in cash and the TV stopped working. I took it back to them on the 27-03-2017 , I called the store to ask as to what is the problem with the TV and they said they will book it for repairs. I kept on calling them using my airtime to ask for feedback and they were giving me stories up untill i went directly to them on th e06-04-2017 to find out as to why are they not contacting me only to find that the TV is still in store nothing happened. I was prommised by the manager that she will take it up with the warehouse and she even said THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH TELEFUNKEN AS MOST OF CLIENTS ARE RETURING THE TV'S, she lastly called me on Saturday. Today i called they said she is not in the store. WHAT I WANT NOW IS FOR THEM TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW TV THATS ALL I WANT.</p>
