Bad service

I bought a fridge from OK Furniture Elukwatini, Mpumalanga (1192) in May this year, and it is already not working properly. The fridge is not freezing and not cold at all, which is extremely disappointing for a product that is only a few months old.

I reported the problem over a month ago, and I have been told repeatedly that someone is “coming to fix it,” but no one has arrived and nothing has been done. It is now December, and because the fridge is not working, we cannot buy or store meat as it will get spoiled, which is very frustrating and inconvenient, especially during this time of the year.

The lack of communication and poor after-sales service is unacceptable. I expected much better service from OK Furniture. This situation has caused serious inconvenience, and I am very unhappy with how this issue has been handled.
