Bad service

On 2018 December I bought chairs of 20k at ok makaza and within a year they broke down we did not move or do anything they broke,I told their boss Mr p who only offered to fix the chairs and not replace them he fixed them and they were in a worse state the armchairs totally broke am shattered...again this past Monday I went in their shop and wanted to buy a bedroom suite but I find out it's so bad they did not want to give me a discount ok because I like the shop I then decided to buy a theater system of 2690 and casablanca suite of 7000 and they promised to deliver today Thursday but noooo because it's ok furniture and they are frustrating as always they did not deliver I must wait for when I don't know I bought these items cash...ok philippi branch has also joined in now they are keeping my stock am furious
