Bad service

I bought stove at ok furnishers while the stove is still under warranty I experienced a problem I immediately went to the shop to report. They send representatives from defy to assist me. Unfortunately they were not cooperating with me and they left without fixing anything they just give me a training. They also refused to wait and check if the stove is operating well. I cannot deal with a third part pls OK must intervene on this matter. I do not want to take more steps against ok.
