BAD service!

I bought a washing machine on the 20th of October, which was going to be delivered to my dad in vanderkloof from OK Furnitures online, to be distributed from OK in Bloemfontein, order number # ***. The washing machine was given to Aramex courier company on the 4th of November saying that the machine will be delivered on the 8th of November waybill number ***. This machine has not been delivered yet. WHY?
