Bad service

I bought furniture at OK van der walt street, they didn't have item i bought in store and they promised to source it from nearest branch. They then wanted to give me a display item without my knowledge.<br> <br> They currently not assisting me, they always say they'll get back to me and they don't. I'm frustrated as i already signed purchase agreement and am also afraid that they'll still give me display item.<br> <br> This is totally a bad service which i never thought i will receive from OK
