Bad service

I bought a laptop from ok furniture bethal due to personal reason didn't use it until warranty run out,when I tried using it,it didn't switch on and I took it to the store they said I had to pay for repairs and I agreed after waiting for a month for a quote I was told the supplier didn't have spares,I had to call the person handling my complaint to receive this news and the last word he told was that I should take the laptop somewhere,very disappointed with person too lazy to do even simple for ups,iv been their customer for years and this is how I'm treated.Trully disappointing
