I bought a bedroom suite last year November @OK furniture Oudtshoorn branch, I reported the faulty bedroom suite the branch manager promised me that they will replace the bedroom till now I’m still waiting for them. I will be glad if hello Peter can intervene and assist me in this regards.

Bad experience

I bought a bedroom suit @ ok furniture here in Oudtshoorn , it was last year November 2021 the bedroom suit was faulty then I called them immediately to report it then they promised that they will come and fetch the bedroom suite in January 2022 till now I'm still waiting for them to come, when I call the branch manager he promised that they will come.

I want hellopeter to intervene.
