bad service

I went to the above mentioned store yesterday to pay my account with them, I stood on the line for over 15min, as a result people that were in front of ended up leaving as the people on the payment point were taking long serving one lady. I continue waiting as it was my turn to be assisted, the lady by the name of Gladys who is the store manager said '\ don't you want to take a wall for few minutes?"\"" and I asked her why should I do that. her response was the system is down. I asked her after I waited she is asking me to take a walk. as a store manager she must announce to the problem they are facing rather than to ask me to take a walk. you guys must give Gladys a basic course on management skills as she is lacking big time failing which get some body else to manager that store. clearly she does not know how to deal with customers and communication with the customer. kindly see to it that you deal with this matter.
