Bad service

Hi I am a very disappointed customer and irate customer right now. We came tot he store ok in Umthatha to buy a couch we bought a couch for 25 000 cash. And we were promised that the delivery would be done on the same day. We waited for the whole day and we did not receive the the delivery. The delivery guy then called us in the evening about 7 o’clock to say that his car had broken down so could not deliver the couch. We went back to the store the morning to get our money back since our agreement was not adhered to. We were told to wait for cash we then went to house and home and found another couch we asked okay to transfer the money to house and home this was still in the morning about before 12 pm we were then told to wait the transfer would be done in 30min to an hour we waited for the losngee time there was no communication we called the store several times no one got back to us they kept on saying the manager is busy could not come to the phone. We spoke to a regional manager by the name of Eric hoping that he would resolve our issues. We had to wait for 3 hours for the money to be sent to the store we are very unhappy for the way that we had been treated these people waited our time and energy there we are very busy people that were so many things that we could have done within this time that we lost. I would not recommend that anyone shops at this store as they have a very unprofessional service.
