Bad service

I have a bought a tv plasma in ok furnishers in January 2013 and I never had a problem with them until my tv got damaged on the 8 feb 2015 and my father took it back to the store on the 9 feb 2015 and the guy named Desmond helped him now its been a month of waiting without a tv at home when my father goes to the store they tell him stories that dont even have a direction and thats a very big inconvenience for us cause we dont have a tv now at home.The account is on my name but because I m not staying at home thats why my father had to deal with them.The first time he went there they called him and told him that the tv licence had to be updated he updated it and then they said the account must be updated also he then updated it but now its another story that Desmond is on leave and the store manager Gazelle doesn't know how she can help us cause Desmond didnt hand over anything to her when he goes on leave so there is nothing that she can do to help us I mean the whole store manager cant do anything for us and I really feel that she is not taking us serious cause she wasn't even eager to help us I m really not happy with service and I need my tv back or a new one as it on guarantee
