BAD SERVICE

I bought a Defy top loader in October 2015 cash, for R6999,00 . Last for 4 months then it broke down, since we are living on a farm we had to take it in and wait for 2 months. I call before to say I will pick it up the last weekend of February. On arrival they had no washing machine packed and want to pack me one without original packaging and protection we are driving a dirt road and the machine could break again. I asked to speak to the Manager, she came out and say they have a new one in a box. Loaded it, and when return to the farm, it's an 8 kg instead of the 14kg which I originally bought. We cannot go in again and load and ofload since it's 200km's from us. Please assist..can I get my money back?
