Bad Service

I bought a 55 inch telefunken TV as advertised in their marketing brochure. They promise the TV will be at their store the next day as it comes from another branch. The TV costed me cash R4999. On the 3 day when I went to OK Furnitures De Aar to collect my TV, they told me the special has been cancelled. This came as a shock to me as in essence it sound very unbelievable. I then called their Head Office in Johannesburg. They then referred me to the Regional Manager in Bloemfontein Mr Leon. He disputed the De Aar OK Furnitures statement. He personally brought the TV from Bloemfontein. My problem OK Furnitures dont want to give the TV because the SABC TV licence is offline for the past 2 days. I've requested them to refund me my money and keep their TV because I feel they dont have the right to keep what i have paid for cash. They also refuse to cancel my deal. No money no TV what do i do now.

I'm deeply disappointed by this act.
