BAD SERVICE

I bought a tri bank at OK Furniture George. I am at work during the day when they did deliver the bank. Upon opening and set up the bank i notice that not all the equipment was deliver. I went back to the store they acknowledge they do know about the missing parts but refused to deliver it. I want to cancelled the contract they refused it also. I don't know what to do anymore. Ok Furniture number is *** and their head office is ***. I don't want the contract anymore because it was the next day after delivery that i went to them to cancelled it. I bought it on the 14th of September 2015 and ever since i am strugling with them to get it cancelled because they do not want to deliver the other parts and they dont give me any reason.<br> <br> I'm hoping to hear from you soon and thank you in advance for helping me.
