Bad service

I secured goods by layby at Ok furniture( MarbleHall) in March this year and finished paying the whole purchase price this Month on the 21st. When i went to the store to request delivery of my goods, since I finished paying, i was told that the goods have been sold to someone else and must give them few days to get my things from other branches . A week later I contacted the store to check with them if they managed to get what I have bought. To my surprise, those goods were not there and the lady that I spoke to was very rude and even told me not to call her again. I tried to ask her when will my goods be ready for collection, she couldn’t tell me. I’m so disappointed and regret buying at this store ???
