Bad Service

I bought a bed last year at OK Furniture in Kagiso Mall, within months I complained about the bed because it was faulty. And the sales lady told me that it was one of the best bed I should give it time. I then later complained again because it was getting worse only then did they ask me to send them photos of the bed and I was approved a new mattress a year later. I was made to collect the bed myself. Within a month a new bed is acting up again and at first I was told that they can only replace the mattress and not the base 🤔. How because I want my money back 🥺. Now I am told that for me to get my money back I have to pay some amount. It's the store that sold me a damaged bed why do I have to pay more while they are not considering the fact that all the cost including collectionsof the bed myself. Why is it that business of today do not respect customers. Have they not done enough. I do not believe that this can be done in Sandton are they selling regects to the townships? . I do not want to end up put photos of this bed on social media so that people can see what OK furniture is selling to people.
