Bad service

hi hope you are well i bought a set of couches from OK furniture, and i noticed hat they where not in good condition so i phoned the store they promised to fix them or replace until i sent an email to their HO to Margaret Hill, she told me that she will attend to the matter soon till today my case is not solved i am now having a broken set of couches from OK so i don't know what to do with them as they is no one who want to assist me so please help me, i have paid R11699.00 cash so i got a bad treatment from the sales person now is their HO i don't know who to tell as this is about a year now. i want my money back.
