Bad service

I am very disappointed with service I received from ok furniture Stutterheim,I went to buy a coffee table I saw for R1299 before in the shop and only to be told that one is damaged yet the was nothing reflecting that on the price tag, that is why it's that price,I didn't argue since I wanted the table,I bought it cash for R1599 and the sales lady told me to come and get back it before they close at 6 it will be assembled and ready.i went back to work and could not fetch it,I asked my husband to fetch it only to get there to be told it's not yet ready only afternoon 2 hours,he left and came back 2 hours later to be told it's not yet done,to cut the story short after arguing he was the last client there and still didn't receive what we paid for,i am really disappointed at the kind of service we receive at these stores.
