Bad service

<p>I bought 3pc dining room suite and 3pc bedroom suite at OK FURNITURE in standerton. that was in early January. only i discoverd that the furniture was broken,and i went to the branch manager to complain. and she promises to come and see the furniture,but still to date she didnt come nor call. two weeks back i went there and she said she forgot and she will send someone to come and inspect the furniture,but nothing. the painful thing is i spent 14 000 on those items but the treatment im getting from the shop is painfull to me. i realy regret why i even went there at the first place.</p>
