Bad Service

<p>Was at OK furniture in Tembisa plaza on the 25 February 2017 and had to wait for 3 hours while they were looking for my application file (with my ID copy,banking details,pay slips). After time the sales assistant who didn't have Customer Service experience came back told she cannot find my my details and should go to the manager because she is tired of looking for the file when i went to the manager to tell him what's happening he showed no interest to my complaint and concerns I mean what is the used of leaving your very important personal information with them for an application and the cannot even keep it safe. For crying out loud the is so many ***** cases out there someone could easily get the information and used for something else . When told the manager (Tebogo thats his name) all of this he just careless told me that the is nothing he can do. To top it all I called their customer service to address this the lady spoke took my details and promised to call me back still waiting. <br />After a long wait (3 hours ) we still left without receiving the product even though our credit was approved. <br />Their Service is is BAD and CANNOT BE TRUSTED and dont live upto their safety of documents policy. What they promise of good service is just for front its all a lie or the staff they hired is just bringing their good name. PATHETIC SERVICE.......</p>
