Bad service

<p>We bought a lounge suite at Ok furnishers in Krugersdorp on 28/04/2016 which is a 3 seater, a 2 seater and 1 recliner. On the 30/07/2016 we bought the other recliner. Begining Okt we asked them to come and look at the recliners as the tearing and sponge coming out and the very loose...no reaction. Beginnig Nov we lodged the complaint again...no reaction. 14 /12/2016 my husband phoned them they promised to call back....nothing happend....15/12/2016 we called again still no resonse. But the quick to send a sms payment due.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
