Bad service

<p>I bought a tv at Ok furnishers in Evaton Plaza end of September 2016. After using that tv for a month it broke down. I went into the store and spoke to the sales person that I bought that tv from to report. She told me I have to bring the tv to the store whereas I paid for their transport when I bought that tv and when I confronted her about that she told me that their rules have changed. I called their client care to enquire about this and they said the branch should collect the tv. I went back to the store still I was not assisted and have been told they will collect bt they havent. My tv hasn't been working for more than a month now but still I have to pay the account. </p>
