Bad service

<p>So ive opened an account in 2015 with Ok Furniture in Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain in this year i opened another account with ever since i started with Ok i have been paying in advance but year in this year i skipped one month payment due to unemployement but the following month i doubled it as requested by them ,so now ive been trying to apply for acounts else where but its always been unsuccessful just to find out that OK listed me on the credit records i called them to query but according to them the informtion picked up by other companies were false and that it couldnt be them i stayed out of work to go to them face to face to ask them what i should do ,they even confirmed the only time they blacklist you is when you missed 3 payments which i did not ,then they once again said that it cant be them and that my name is clear on their systems and the following day called me to tell me theres nothing that they can do to help me .I went to another branch in Mitchells Plain for a secound opinion just to find out that the branch in Westgate Mall has been lying to me ,both the sales consultant and Manager !They listed me on the credit records for 2YEARS ,why i dont understand and i also dont understand why they **** to me , All i want from OK is to clear my name cause each and every month i pay them and i dont believe what they done to me is fair infact i regret ever going into business with them ,they are BAD!</p>
