Bad service

<p>We took a bed from Ok furniture evaton mall in vaal,same day the bed was delivered and next day we went to complain.that the bed is making funny sounds ,and feels like second hand ,went to the store and complain the manger said she will take this matter up but up untill today no responce when we call head office they say the manager will call us ,so we are stuck with a bed that we must pqy for 3 years and we are not happy with the bed </p> <p>Please help</p>
