Bad service

<p>Can someone pls help us ....my mother bought 4 couches at Ok furnishers mmabatho after 2 months one of the couches showed signs of factory fault the stitches where not done properly. She went back to the store n spoke to Gordon who initially sold her the couches he said he will make sure that my mother got new ones. A month passed and she went back and asked to speak to the manager who knew nothing bout this matter at that moment my mom took the couches with her the manager told her to go back home with them and before end on the week they will come to collect those torn one's and deliver new ones it has been two weeks now and no one is saying anything to her. Customer service is extremely poor in mmabatho and people tend to take advantage of our parents assuming they don't know their right can someone pls assist</p>
