bad service

<p>i opened an account online and purchase some staff last year before i went on maternity leave. when i returned on maternity leave i was on 2 months arrears. someone was sent to my work place for collection they explained everything i was happy. last month my payment had a short fall of R300 someone came to my work place i made arrangements to pay. when i got home i received a letter of demand saying im owing R800. i called for an explaination. the lady said the amount due now is R300 then R420 for end of May. i asked was im being fetched at work and given letters of demand, she was very surpices she said they only send letters of demand after 3months in arrears. today again i got someone sent to my work place after arrangements made. i spoke to a lady who was very rude to me. do people now get letters of demand and people sent to their work place for a shortfall that is not even more than a month old</p>
