Bad Service

<p>I bought a dstv at OK furnishers with free installation.I was informed to call the number on the box for connection which is for Ellies.Called made a booking with one of the consultants....they sent an sms which stated that if Im not contacted within 24 hrs I should call the cell number provided .Called the number and it continuosly went to voice mail.Decided to call Ellies branch in bloemfonyein they gave me another number of the contractor...Called him the whole day he never answeres the phone nor did he return the call.The following day I got hold of him said I should forward him the details via whatsapp and he will get back to me...Still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very unhappy really...OK furnishers and Ellies 's customer service is very very poor.Should I have known I woudn't have bought this on free installation.The people they are in contract with behave as if you didnt actually pay for this service.You would swear it is a government grant or something you get for free </p>
