Bad service

So we bought a fridge at OK furniture Nelspruit /Mbombela today 9/11/19. We wanted to hire our own transport as we are having an event at home this weekend and we need the deep freezer as a matter of urgency. The staff there insisted that we rather hire their own transport as they charge the same amount with other transport services providers. OK undertook to deliver the fridge before 13:00 today. To say we are flabbergasted is an understament. It's now past 14:00 and the fridge has not been delivered. The event is on hold. The store is now closed and we have no one to contact. What happened to good customer service. What happened to treating a customer fairly. We bought the fridge cash to cry out loud. Contractually it's ours. Why did OK NOT let us transport the fridge on our own like we wanted. We explicitly stated that the fridge is urgent. But they insisted knowing very well that they won't deliver. Can someone please revert to us NOW!
