Bad quality

Am disappointed at the quality of items i bought at Ok furniture.I bought a restonic bed last year October its already making funny sounds its like i bought it 5 years ago.i reported they told me about 1 year guarantee they ll report to Restonic till today no response. The automatic washing machine doesn't not spin anymore was also bought last year. I can't report because i no longer have receipt why can't they check on system because they keep records. Am disappointed no more
